Seven years ago I started with words — writing copy that had to do a job, not just sound good. That led to managing entire social media presences for real estate companies in the UAE, running performance campaigns that had to justify every dirham, and eventually overseeing e-commerce operations across five international Amazon markets simultaneously.

Falconpack had a solid product but an underperforming social media presence. Their biggest competitor, Hotpack Global, had a larger audience and more posting frequency. Engagement per post was low and brand recall in the Gulf packaging market was weak.
Rebuilt the content strategy from scratch across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Focused on a consistent brand voice, high-relevance product storytelling, and a posting rhythm calibrated for platform algorithms rather than just calendar slots. Ran competitive benchmarking against Hotpack Global weekly to measure share of engagement, not just follower count.
In three months, engagement climbed 69.01% and the page gained 49.1k followers. Falconpack was generating 5× more engagement per post than Hotpack Global — a brand with more followers and more posts per week. Customer retention and overall sales improved as a direct result of brand trust built through content.
ABC Properties was running Google Ads campaigns with decent traffic but poor conversion rates. Cost per lead was high and the quality of incoming enquiries was inconsistent — clicks that didn't turn into real buyer conversations.
Audited the keyword structure and eliminated broad-match waste. Rewrote the ad copy to speak to high-intent buyers rather than general property browsers. Refined audience targeting parameters and adjusted bidding strategy to prioritize conversion value over traffic volume. Simultaneously managed their social media presence, which reinforced trust and brand recall for users who saw both paid and organic content.
The campaign produced 119 conversions on a total spend of AED 498 — approximately AED 4.18 per conversion. In UAE real estate, where cost per lead typically runs into hundreds of dirhams, this represented a significant efficiency gain. Organic social metrics also improved: 158.71% engagement rate, 924.9 average likes per post, placing ABC Properties at rank 101 in the UAE real estate sector.
Utopia Brands was operating Amazon FBA across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Turkey simultaneously. Inventory discrepancies, unreceived shipments, and unresolved reimbursement cases were quietly eroding margins. Most of these losses were technically recoverable — they just hadn't been pursued systematically.
Led FBA inventory reconciliation across all five markets, working directly in Amazon Seller Central to audit shipment records, identify discrepancy patterns, and file cases for unclaimed reimbursements. Built a tracking system to monitor case status and follow up before deadlines. Simultaneously optimized product listings — rewriting titles, bullets, and A+ content — to improve conversion rates from existing traffic.
Recovered over $100,000 in unclaimed FBA shipments, resolving 95% of all open inventory cases. Amazon product listing optimizations resulted in a 15% increase in conversion rates. Also led a content team responsible for copy and concepts across the Utopia Brands product catalogue, including 1,500+ SKUs across multiple categories.
